A short practice session to help you keep your emergency settings familiar and ready. Hopefully you will never need to use them for a real emergency.

2. Know your statuses
Tap each status to review what it communicates.
Quick practice
You are safe, but you are staying nearby to assist other people. Which status fits best?
3. Simulated emergency countdown
This exercise demonstrates reconfirmation. It does not contact anyone.

00:30
Press Start to begin a shortened training countdown.
4. Nearby vs Online R.A.D.A.R.
These are different systems and can behave differently in an incident.
Nearby R.A.D.A.R.
Uses direct local device discovery such as Bluetooth. It can help detect compatible nearby devices without depending on the cloud server.
Online R.A.D.A.R.
Uses an internet connection to reach the Himalayan R.A.D.A.R. server for online presence and coordination.
Remember: detecting a device does not prove a person’s exact location or identity.
5. Emergency identity awareness
A future authorised-responder feature may allow limited emergency identity data to be released only under controlled conditions and prior consent.
